Hello, I'm an admin of the Pound Puppies 2010 Wiki . Last fall I asked if we could join the Hub Wiki Alliance with the Dan Vs, Transformers and Haunting Hour Wikis. I got a response from Outburst but not you.
We've grown a lot since then. We currently have 224 articles and counting. The wiki went through a redesign, new infobox templates were put in place, and, of course, I was made an admin.
We would be interested in uniting Pound Puppies with the rest of the Hub shows.
If there's a particular Hub show you know a bit about, you can go ahead and work on articles relating to it. Really, though, it's up to you what you do on here, within reason.
Just out of curiousity, have you been admin on another wiki before this one? You have done fairly well keeping this site together, even though you were the only contributor.
I've actually worked on quite a few Wikis, though some have been better than others. I'm currently a bureaucrat on Annoying Orange Wiki, trying to instate order in the chaotic mess whenever I find the time. I've also started quite a few Wikis, few of which have been successful. You can find three of them listed on my profile. Since my Wikis rarely get any traffic (if any at all), I try to make the most of it by giving it a good appearance and adding whatever content I can.
Hey, do you want the character pages to represent the chracter for each show or one page to show the character overall? For example, do you want the Optimus Prime page to include content from his Rescue Bots incarnation aswell? Or to rename it Optimus Prime (TFP) and create another page titled Optimus Prime (TRB)?
hey i was wondering if i could get admin rights because i think really help this wiki grow much larger because i watch most of the tv shows and know a lot about them.
While you do genuinely seem to know a lot about most of the shows, you also lack the one thing I look for in an admin: professionalism. Your comment to me, for instance, lacks proper grammar. I'm sorry, but I'm afraid I cannot allow you admin rights unless you're able to improve. It's nothing personal, I just don't think you have what it takes to be an admin at this time.
Hello. I am an admin of Transformers: Prime Wiki. I have a great idea that needs the help of many people to accomplish, especially yours.
I have an idea to bring all the Hub-related wikis together to become to all become affiliates. Wikis such as Dan Vs, My Little Pony, Transformers: Prime, Transformers: Rescue Bots, The Haunting Hour, and The Aquabats Super Show would all be included. Many of these wikis would need lots of help to get them off their feet, so we need to help them. I decided to help Rescue Bots Wiki, and I'm trying to get other people to help out on these other wikis.
It's just a thought, but I would greatly appreciate it if you would like to help out. If all the wikis join, this wiki would be the center of it all. Thanks for your time!
Thanks. Are you a fan of The Aquabats or Dan Vs? If so, could you please help out on one of those wikis. Also, if you want I could add some Transformers pages on this wiki. :)
Just as a warning, there is no active admin there. If you want to maintain that site, you need to ask for Wiki Adoption, which I'm sure you know how to do. Thanks and I hope to see you edit! :)
I will continue to do what I can with Dan Vs. Wiki, but I just wanted to point out that I found another, less problematic Wiki on the same subject here: http://dan-vs.wikia.com/
Since they have agreed to join us and they have more pages, I think we should help that wiki instead of the other one. So you could stop editing there.
I also found a 1986 Wiki, but that's irrelevant. The first two are about both the Hanna-Barbera series and the Hasbro Studios series, which is something to avoid, since we want to focus only on the Hasbro Studios series. The Pound Puppies 2010 Wiki is more polished (relatively speaking), has more content, and focuses only on the Hub series. In my opinion, it's probably your best bet.
You're just saying that because you contribute there, but I guess we could ask them. The only problem I find is their title, as it may confuse users who are not familiar with the older show.

Yeah I'll admit, that is the main reason I recommended it, but it's still the only Pound Puppies wiki with more than 40 pages. I'll let you judge the quality of those pages.
As for the title, I agree, it's confusing; you'll have to talk to the admin about that. I think he'll actually have to talk to the Wikia staff to change it, though.
Yeah, you're right, you need to talk with Wikia to change the title of a wiki. And the pages are decent, but the characters seem to lack a template. And from what I hear, founder isn't all that expierienced being an admin, so I could make a template for him.
